Recognising the powerful connection between emotional wellbeing and self-confidence, Abigail created Your True Reflection to provide a safe, supportive environment for women facing challenging circumstances, including domestic abuse, trauma, financial hardship and social isolation. Through complimentary treatments, wellbeing workshops, confidence-building initiatives and practical support, the organisation helps women rediscover their strength and take positive steps forward.
